We are proud to announce that we have officially achieved our accredited CPD status from the CPD Standards Office for our Leading Forward Academy. To achieve accreditation, Magna Leadership Solutions has undergone a rigorous in-depth assessment process that focuses on the development and delivery of the leadership training.
The Leading Forward Academy is a 6-month program that uses an integrated learning approach where leaders master critical content such as communicating, coaching, motivating, critical thinking and much more. Participants experience regular in-person workshops, virtual mastermind sessions, capability partnering, weekly reinforcements and tools that are applied immediately to their workplace, earning them up to 30 CPD credits.
