Paul Hickman
Paul has served as the President & CEO for AzBA since 2010. Prior to leading the team he worked as the State Director, Chief of Staff & Policy Director for Senator John McCain. He serves on the Advisory Board for the Morrison Institute for Public Policy at Arizona State University.
Steven Killian
Steven is our Director of Government Relations and joined AzBA in 2015. Prior to joining the team he worked as a Policy Advisor for Business Regulatory Affairs & Local Government in the Arizona Governor's office.
Michal Plavecky
Michal is our Chief Operating Officer
oversees the Association's operations, finance, membership, events, and administrative functions. He joined AzBA in 2022 and has held several leadership roles within the organization, helping drive operational excellence and member engagement across Arizona's banking industry.
