Paul Hickman
Paul has served as the President & CEO for AzBA since 2010. Prior to leading the team he worked as the State Director, Chief of Staff & Policy Director for Senator John McCain. He serves on the Advisory Board for the Morrison Institute for Public Policy at Arizona State University.
Kerensa Williams
Kerensa is our Chief Operating Officer, a role she has held since 2018. With over 20 years of experience in higher education administration, she previously led University Housing Operations at Arizona State University, Central Arizona College, and Southern Methodist University.
Steven Killian
Steven is our Director of Government Relations and joined AzBA in 2015. Prior to joining the team he worked as a Policy Advisor for Business Regulatory Affairs & Local Government in the Arizona Governor's office.
