Titan Missile Excursion Information-

Guided Private Tour
June 1, 2025
Departing the Hotel at 2PM
Returning by 6PM
Banker Summit Charter Bus Departs at 2:00 PM from the Hotel Lobby - Returning by 6:00 PM
*The bus trip includes a light happy hour with individual charcuterie cups, beer, wine, High Noon and soft drinks.
The group will be split into 2 groups, providing private 45-60 minute guided tours of Mission Control at 3:00 and 4:00. The topside, self-guided tour is a great time to network with your group.
The weather is currently showing a 24% chance of stray showers in the afternoon with a high of 94 degrees for the day. There is a gift shop and the bus will be open for additional seating if needed.
If you are participating in the golf tournament- Lunch will be served from 12-1PM in the courtyard near the pro-shop with to-go boxes available so that you can return to your room prior to the loading the bus.

FACILITY RULES

For your safety, and for preservation of the site, there are some rules that we ask all visitors to follow.

  • Please note, there is no elevator access for this tour. Guest must be able to descend and ascend 55 stairs.

  • Backpacks and other large bags/purses are prohibited on all tours and must be left in your vehicle. The museum does not provide storage for these items.
  • Weapons are prohibited on all tours. Secure storage is available if you are traveling with a weapon.
  • Food and beverages, except bottled water, are prohibited on the tours. Glass bottles and water with additives that include any food coloring are prohibited in the museum building and on the tour.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside museum buildings or while on the tour. A smoking area is provided outside the museum.
  • Walking shoes are suggested, as the stairs are open grate.
  • Non-commercial photography and video recording are permitted, although flash photography is prohibited. Commercial photography is not allowed without written permission. To arrange a commercial photo or video recording session, please contact the Advertising Manager at belliott@pimaair.org
  • Animals, except for Service Animals, are not allowed in the museum buildings or on the missile site.

REQUIREMENTS & ACCESSIBILITY

  • For the daily 45-minute guided tours, guests are required to ascend and descend 55 stair steps. There is no elevator access to the underground tour. Visits made by guests unable to independently use the stairs that lead underground without the use of a wheelchair, will be limited to the surface portion of the site.
  • Handicapped parking is available, and all restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
  • The museum does not provide wheelchairs. If you need a wheelchair or scooter, please bring one with you.
