AzBA Grassroots & Government Relations
Creating a unified voice of the Arizona banking industry gives AzBA a powerful voice in both at the Arizona State Capitol, and Washington D.C. We work with your federal, state and local elected officials, and with the Regulatory agencies to promote favorable business environments for banking and promote positive economic growth in our state.
Friend of the Court Briefs
The AzBA is engaged in advocacy at all levels of government and in every branch of government. From time to time, we weigh in on important legislation at the appeals court and Supreme Court levels in order to create case law policy that is favorable to our industry. We encourage our member banks to read these briefs and contact either their counsel or those listed in the briefs for further professional advice.
