AWEE is a non-profit organization that provides training and placement assistance to the underserved community for the purpose of beginning a career in the financial industry.

AWEE has been transforming the lives of Arizonans into economic success stories for 32 years. Since our inception, we have helped create successful beginnings and renewed hope for more than 160,000 women, men, and young adults. Gone are the days of simply moving people off welfare. Today, AWEE is Arizona’s preeminent workforce development organization, offering a diverse range of evidence-based training and support services throughout Maricopa and Yavapai counties.

At AWEE, we count every individual we serve as a unique “face of success,” a shining example of what is possible when people receive the help and encouragement they need to pursue their dreams and stand proudly on their own two feet.  Changing Lives through the Dignity of Work

AWEE offers a comprehensive and personalized array of career planning and guidance, job training, educational workshops, financial support and social services that have been proven to be successful in helping individuals attain satisfying careers.  Our participants come from all walks of life, including single mothers, ex-offenders, and professionals sidelined by economic dislocations.
